Helping widows and daughters of Ukraine's fallen defenders retrain, gain a new profession and find employment.
The project helps the families of Ukraine's fallen defenders — especially the widows and daughters of fallen heroes — begin a new stage of life through education, retraining and professional development.
The war has changed thousands of lives, leaving women and girls facing social and economic adaptation. The project helps them gain a new profession, take free retraining courses, learn about Ukrainian business and IT, and study foreign languages for free.
A separate strand is employment help: finding suitable vacancies, working with partner companies, and support through selection and onboarding.
